Not that great of a week with match-ups. But the one that sticks out in my area is Naperville Central @ Wheaton South. That is a awesome rivalry and is always an enjoyable game. Glenbrook South vs Waukegan and Fremd vs. Barrington should be pretty good as well.

I like the West Aurora/Wheaton North matchup. Neither is a great team, but I believe both need to win in order to make the playoffs. West Aurora is 3-1 with only a few winnable games remaining. If they get to 5-4, they should make it based on the strength of the DVC.

I agree with the Wheaton North @ West Aurora game. That will determine if WN or WA make it to the playoffs. Not that a win here guarantees a win, but sure comes close. WA is still WA. They are going to lose the rest of there games, except week #8 against WeGo. They need to beat West Chicago. You never know with two powder puff teams who is going to come out on top? Wheaton North has a tough path as well. With only two more winable games remaining.

EPC takes on Dakota in a NUIC Northwest battle. Dakota is 4-0 and EPC is 2-2. prolly the best game in the area for this week.

The top game in class 4A is the match-up between Mahomet-Seymour vs. Bloomington Central Catholic.  Both teams are ranked in the top 5, and the game is being played on BCC's turf.  M-S has had three tough games in a row, two of them being on the road.  M-S will be tested as one of their top defense players is out with an injury.  Should be a great game, and look for Mahomet to have another good game on the ground!
