I believe you should have a top 30 for Class 5A and above, and a top 30 for Class 1A-4A. How can a team in the lower classes compete with those with enrollments over a 1000 people. I think the top 30 should be segregated into the classes I mentioned above.
We're all for doing a small class poll. We currently just don't have the man power and as teh editOR I wouldn't let something that was half hearted on the site jiust to get a few more hits.
4A and on occassion 3A or 2A teams have been know to crack the Big 30, espically towards the end of the season.
There are some people who suggest that even 5A & 6A teams would have a hard time competing with an 8A school though so why not make a small, medium & large poll.
I can only say that if we keep growing, eventually we will have a small teams ranking.
