Hinsdale Central is a very good football team in my opinion. I feel like they are not getting any respect. They played a very good game against wheaton Warrenville South and are 3-1. What are your opinoins on Hinsdale Central?
Hinsdale Central is a very good team. It all comes down to Week 7 when they play @ York. That game is going to decide who wins the West Suburban Silver Conference. They should end up 7-2 or 8-1. Anything worse would be disappointing. They will lose in the third round of the playoffs. To many other great and or better teams. Wheaton South, Mt. Carmel, Naperville North, Lincoln-Way East, DG South, Naperville Central, and possibly York. Just to many GREAT teams in 8a. They will go further if they drop to 7a.
WV does look really good this year. I saw them against WWS. The reason I left them off is their playoff history. They have had some good years in the regular season. But they never seem to show me anything in the playoffs. Same story with Neuqua Valley. I know it is still considered a newer school. But they suck come playoff time.
I agree the game against York is a big game. I do agree about the great teams in 8a but i am a firm believer that anything can happen in the playoffs, but there are amazing teams
