Redbirds on the Move

The Redbirds have been underestimated for years but this team is definately the team to watch in the SWC.  Alton is going all the way with a team that has been together since 6th grade.  They have a center that is the best lineman in the SWC he direct snaps long snaps and short snaps as well as always makes his blocks.  Just to let people Know this is a proud parent of the Redbirds !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don't think nobody down here underestimated (yeah, it is one word and not two)  the Redbirds.   If you actually read the local papers in the preseason, they picked Alton to finish second behind East St. Louis.   The funny thing is I was sitting at the East St. Louis-Alton game and I told an Alton fan next to me that you are probably watching the two best teams in the SWC (and no I am not from Alton).    He disagree with me, which became a lenghty debate.

I understand being a parent and being proud of child and a team, but let me ask you, does your child long snap and wear number 70 for Alton?
