This was probably one of the high school football game I have seen in a long. The crowd of 4,000+ was awesome and it was two heavyweights going toe to toe. East St. Louis led 12-7 at half. Edwardsville dominated the third qaurter to take 20-12 lead. East St. Louis could of just packed it in, but they showed me a heart of champion in the fourth qaurter. In the fourth qaurter, Edwardsville had no answer for McDaniel (WR) (If this guy ain't all-state, there is something wrong) and Nicholas King (RB) as East St. Louis won the game by the score of 33-27. McDaniel scored two TDs. He caught one in triple coverage and one was him burning the defense as he outdistance himself from the Edwardsville player by at least 10 yards. East St. Louis drives were lightning quick and carved up the Edwardsville defense with their big play ability. The Flyers are for real and Chicago should take notice of this team.
